By using DocPress ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

DocPress converts documents you supply into PDF files. We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may change features or prices with notice on this site; price changes never apply to a running subscription period.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you send. You confirm you have the right to use it. You may not use the service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material, including fraudulent invoices, receipts or certificates, phishing documents, or content that violates others' rights. We may refuse or remove such content and close the account.

Accounts and keys

Keep your API key secret; you are responsible for use under it. Plans have hard monthly document limits; when reached, requests pause until the next period or an upgrade.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
