Refund policy

Studio exports ($5.00): if the PDF you paid for is faulty or not what the preview showed, email us within 14 days and we refund it, no questions asked.

API subscriptions: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period. Within 14 days of your first charge we refund it in full on request. Later charges are refundable when the service was materially unavailable.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Contact us.
